Welcome to our Ordering Options page! Here you will find all the details regarding purchasing our unique artwork. We strive to make your buying experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read through the various options and policies outlined below.
Print Purchase Options
Limited Edition Prints
Artist's Proofs
The defining characteristic of a Limited Edition print is that only a set number of copies are produced. Once that number is reached, no more prints are made. Limited Editions are numbered, in a fraction format (example 15/100), signifying the individual print's place within the total series. These are signed by the artist, enhancing their authenticity and value.
We typically restrict the total amount of prints produced in an edition to 50 or100 signed prints. Limiting the number ensures the work's value over time and potential for increased future value.
Purchase options are available that include framing and matting, as well as shipping and delivery options. Framing options will increase material, handling and shipping costs.
A proof is created to check the color and quality of the limited edition print run. This Artist's Proof or A/P is considered the production master for the run. AP's are similar to Limited Edition prints in that they are printed using the same techniques, colors, and quality standards. They are also numbered and signed by the artist and marked as "A/P". Artist's Proofs are released in smaller quantities, depending on the limited edition production run over time. Due to the scarcity of these masters, Artist's Proofs are highly sought after and can command a higher sale or resale price as compared to Limited Edition prints.
Delivery Options
The following conditions apply to shipping and delivery of Limited Edition prints and Artist's Proofs (A/P). Depending on the customer location we typically use USPS or other service to ship all our Limited Edition and A/P prints. Delivery times vary. Package tracking is provided. We are flexible with regards to working with customers on each custom order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In terms of item options purchased and size, we utilize a range of advanced packaging materials to protect artwork for safe delivery. We are not responsible however for the handling of shipments by the carrier while in transit but will work with you to resolve any situation regarding delivery should any issue arise.
Return Policy
Due to the unique and delicate nature of original and custom artwork, Ivan Keaye Art and Photography does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on purchases. All sales are final. Please examine all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before making your purchase.
In the unlikely event that your fine art product arrives damaged, please contact us via our website's Contact page within three days of receipt to notify us of a problem. To report damage, include your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging and email IK @ivan-keaye-art.com. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or credit.
