Can I purchase prints or artwork I like in any size?
All Limited Edition prints produced from artist's proofs are 13x19 inches. Panoramic prints are an exception, available in 8.5x25 inches or large format 13x38 inches. Original works vary in size, available only in their original size. Inquire about an original's size before ordering.
Is the artwork framed?
Limited edition prints as well as some originals are available with custom framing at additional cost. This includes materials, special handling, packaging, shipping and the additional time required to fulfil the order. Framing is not available for panoramic prints due to size and increased risk of damage during shipping.
What if I don't like it. Can I return or exchange it?
Ivan Keaye Art and Photography does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any purchase in keeping with recognised industry standard Art Sales policies.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation. Also we do not assume any responsibility for any damage or discoloration caused by improper display, handling, or environmental conditions such as extreme temperature, humidity, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. It is the buyer's after-purchase responsibility to maintain and protect the artwork properly over time.
Do I own what I've purchased?
Ivan Keaye reserves the rights to all works sold. Limited editions are accompanied by Certificates of Authenticity which stipulate retention of Artist's Rights and Copyright. Originals are accompanied by Artist's Letter. Reproduction of any item sold is strictly forbidden and punishable by law.
Purchasers have limited rights with respect to the transfer (example, gifting) or re-sale of originals, their reproductions and prints in keeping with the copyright and intellectual property rights stated on this site.
What is your turnaround time?
Limited edition print orders typically require 48 hours turnaround time once payment is received. Multiple purchase items, large format or framed prints require additional time due to special handling and packaging requirements to guarantee safe and secure shipment. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination.
